TheMentoring and Promotion Program (MAPP)will help our junior faculty chart their unique path to success in the context of a group mentoring format. The application for this 2021-22 is nowclosed.

**Fast Track Process for New Faculty Appointments

**New track: Non-Tenure Instruction Track

Effective 9/1/2019, faculty whose primary focus is teaching may be appointed on the newly created Non-Tenure Instruction (NTI) track.Click here for details.

**Accelerated Promotion for Non-Tenure Clinical Track

Faculty considering applying for promotion with less than 5 years of service in current rank are considered accelerated and must satisfy rigorous criteria above and beyond normal expectations that have been recently codified by the FAPTC (click here for criteria)。椅子和老师强烈要求高t the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs before submitting a request for accelerated promotion.

**Women Faculty Forum
