Hospitals

的Residency Program involves training at a variety of hospitals and provides for a diverse patient load with interesting clinical cases. Each hospital provides a unique experience which enhances the overall educational aspects of each clinical rotation. Two of these hospitals are located within the Texas Medical Center. Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital is a community hospital located in Harris County, which is a 20 minute drive from the Medical Center.

MD Anderson Cancer Center(MDACC)

Generally, all hematology/oncology rotations are at MDACC, and consult rotations and general medicine wards are at MH-TMC and LBJ. On internal medicine, ER rotations are at LBJ, while on pediatrics, residents rotate through the MH-TMC ER during their PGY-2 year. In pediatrics, general wards and supervisory roles occurs at both CMHH and LBJ.
