The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine includes clinical and research faculty as well as many joint appointment, part-time, and adjunct faculty. The Department directs a fully accredited residency training program, is extensively involved in the medical school curriculum, and plays an active role in the training of graduate students in the affiliated MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS).
