TEMRC: Population Health Section

Through a combination of efforts related to preventive interventions, brief interventions, and treatment-as-prevention, the TEMRC is at the forefront of population health that integrates emergency medicine and public health. The meeting of emergency medicine and public health is most notably occurring through the center’s research to better understand and address opioids epidemic and HIV/AIDS.
