Older adults represent 25% of all physician office visits in our country.[i]There is a need for more physicians and other clinicians who are trained in the care of older adults. Some older adults may have challenges with access to care due to mobility and transportation, which has been further compounded by the public health issues of COVID-19. Telemedicine is a ready solution for access to geriatricians and other specialists in the care of older adults.
