New Braunfels, Texas

We are a well-established and privately owned pediatric dental practice looking for a full-time associate. Our practice has served the child-adolescent and special needs community of New Braunfels for over 20 years. The New York Times recently reported New Braunfels to be the third fastest growing city in America. This expansion, along with deep community roots, provide a strong existing patient base and consistent growth of new patients.

We focus on providing outstanding patient care in a safe and nurturing environment. Our care is rooted in the importance of partnering and educating patients/caregivers to optimize both clinical and home care. Our office has nine semi-private operatories -- two of which are dedicated to treatment and the remaining are hybrid/hygiene. Our four full-time and one part-time hygienists have extensive experience and build lasting relationships with patients and families. Our seasoned support staff have been with the practice from 10-20 years. Our one full-time and one part-time dentists utilize conscious sedation, IV sedation, general sedation and carry privileges with surrounding hospitals in order to provide the safest and most effective options for treatment.

We are seeking an associate with outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills. We expect a commitment to providing compassionate care along with a comfortable, positive experience for our patients and their families. A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited Dental Education program is required (National and Texas State Board of Dental Examiners exams/license). Candidates must have a current Pediatric Dental Certificate and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) training. An active TSBDE Level 2-3 Sedation permit and a current, unrestricted DEA license are also required. All candidates must be in good standing with the TSBDE.

We offer a competitive compensation based on a percentage of adjusted production along with supplemental insurance and 401k.
