Botox.

Botox®是一种神经调节剂，有助于放松它被注入的肌肉。While initially FDA approved to help with abnormal movement of the eyes (strabismus) it is now widely used in cosmetic applications to help reduce wrinkles in the forehead, brow (“11-lines”), wrinkles around the eye (crow’s feet), minimize platysmal banding in the neck and more. Numerous studies have demonstrated the safety of Botox® for cosmetic use and more and more patients are now enjoying the preventive effects of Botox® as well. Early use of Botox® before wrinkles have started forming can prevent the formation of wrinkles and slow the effects of aging. There are a variety of uses for Botox® which can be discussed during consultation at the Texas Center for Facial Plastic Surgery.
