We are pleased to have the following help videos available from Xerox to help you troubleshoot and perform basic tasks on your Xerox copier such as copying, loading paper, sending faxes, etc.
In order to know which video series is right for you, you need to identify the model of copier you have. This information can be found on the body of the copier. The copiers we use will have a four digit number in the following series: 53xx; 59xx; 66xx; 78xx, or 80xx. Once you have identified the model of copier you have select the appropriate link below.
