Why Is this course different?

Welcome to the ten Broeke Family Foundation EP Heart Cardiovascular Electrophysiology program. This inaugural program opened its doors in January 2018, through our affiliation with McGovern Medical School. Located in Houston’s Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the world, we have access to some of the top physicians and EP lab staff, in the busiest and best hospitals. As part of our program, students complete clinical rotations at the Memorial Hermann System and EP Heart Clinics all over Houston.

我们提供两个项目year. One starts in January and one in July.

We offer pacing, electrophysiology, and structural heart in a six-month program. Other programs offer both pacing and electrophysiology but are longer or are six months but only offer pacing. To get the best of both worlds, we give you both fields in an intensive, power-packed program. We are the only program to offer a structural heart curriculum.

As the Program Director for this course, we are thrilled to offer a course designed from the ground up to meet the needs of today’s clinicians and prepare trainees for opportunities with device manufacturers, clinics, and hospitals across the nation.

ATTENTION!! New Course addition – Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) focus only program.

This 8 week program is designed for the professional who would like to solely focus on CRM to be able to support device clinics in hospitals or physician practices. Opportunities also exist with our traditional industry partners as well as providers of remote device evaluation services. An Associate’s Degree is required for this program.
