Biography

Dr. Eddie Huang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).

Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Huang specializes in Total Joint Reconstruction with an emphasis on minimally invasive treatment of hip and knee arthritis and joint preservation techniques, including Osteotomies and Cartilage Transplants.

Dr. Huang received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in Austin, Texas. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Following residency at The University of Southern California, Dr. Huang went on to complete a fellowship in Lower Extremity Reconstruction at Scripps Clinic in San Diego, California.
