TEMRC: Trauma Section

The TEMRC research into trauma, which is the leading cause of death for people up to the age of 45 and the fourth leading cause of death for all ages, mirrors the need and opportunity to improve care into a pressing health concern in Houston and across the country. Current efforts have looked into the spectrum of trauma, including traumatic brain injury and abdominal injury.
