The Office of Global Health Initiatives (OGHI) serves as a resource to the six schools of UTHealth in facilitating and supporting productive relationships with international partners.
OGHI facilitates the establishment of formalcollaborative agreementswith partner institutions. We offer support in hostingvisiting delegationsfrom abroad and assist with the placement ofinternational observers, trainees and visiting scientistsat UTHealth schools.
Our website offers UTHealth students and faculty information on a variety ofinternational study and service opportunities. For international visitors, our website provides information onopportunities to train and collaborate at UTHealthas well as generalinformation on visiting Houston.
