Senior Administrative Manager
- assists GSBS GRA students with UTHealth onboarding appointment and payroll process
- provides guidance to programs and departments hosting GSBS students
- assists students and administrators with inquiries related to tuition/fees, health insurance certification
- processes GSBS scholarships/awards payments
- responsible for funding information in the student database
- processes sponsorship forms for students funded by GSBS
- Peoplesoft FMS and HCM administrator
- financial reporting of GSBS UTHealth accounts
- liaison to UTHealth offices, including OIA, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Bursar’s, Auxiliary Enterprises (student insurance), Student Financial Services, Sponsored Projects, Accounting/Budget, Post-Award Finance
