Dr. James Langabeer on Opioid Epidemic Surge

The Center of Disease Control recently reported record breaking numbers in drug overdose deaths across the United States. The state of Texas showing a significant increase as a result of the pandemic and increase use of synthetic drugs such as Fentanyl. Additional examples of synthetic drugs are synthetic phenethylamines, including synthetic cathinones or synthetic hallucinogens.
