Anna Jilla

Anna M. Jilla, AuD, PhD

Anna M. Jilla, AuD, PhD,graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center and is a board certified audiologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology. Dr. Jilla is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and member of the Texas Academy of Audiology (TAA), American Auditory Society (AAS), and the International Society of Audiology (ISA). Her clinical interests include assessment and management of adult and geriatric hearing loss and vertigo/balance disorders. She also has special interest in public health as it relates to cost-effective health care, clinical outcomes, and health disparities.

Sarah N. McAlexander

Sarah N. McAlexander, AuD

Sarah N. McAlexander, AuD, is a board certified audiologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She completed her doctorate at Vanderbilt University and her 4th-year residency at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. McAlexander is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and the Texas Academy of Audiology (TAA). She received her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA. Currently, she volunteers for AAA as a member of the New Professional’s Committee. Dr. McAlexander’s primary interests include pediatric hearing loss, electrophysiology, early identification and intervention of hearing loss, and cochlear implants.

Louise McLaughlin

Louise McLaughlin, AuD, CCC-A

Louise McLaughlin, AuD, CCC-A, is an audiologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park and her doctorate of audiology (AuD) at the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. McLaughlin is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Her primary interests are adult and pediatric evaluations, vestibular disorders and amplification assessments, fittings and services.

N. Caryn McLellan, AuD

N. Caryn McLellan, AuD

Nancy “Caryn” McLellan, AuD, PASC,is a board certified audiologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology. A native Texan, she received her undergraduate degree with the highest distinction from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and obtained her AuD from the University of Texas at Dallas; she completed her 4th-year residency at Baylor Scott and White Hospital. Dr. McLellan is one of only 8 audiologists in Texas to hold a Specialty Certification in Pediatric Audiology from the American Board of Audiology. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology and is a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and serves on multiple committees. Her primary interests include pediatric evaluations as well as amplification, tinnitus management, and implantable devices for patients of all ages.

Catron O'Dell

Catron O’Dell, AuD, ABAC

Catron O’Dell, AuD, ABAC,是一个board-certified audiologist in the department of Otorhinolaryngology. Stephanie S. Rios

Stephanie S. Rios, AuD

Stephanie Rios, AuD, a board certified Audiologist in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, is fluent in both Spanish and English. Dr. Rios earned her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and Doctor of Audiology degrees at the University of Puerto Rico- Medical Sciences Campus and completed her 4th-year residency at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Her primary interests include pediatric and adult diagnostic evaluations for hearing and balance disorders.

Stevana Sullivan

Stevana Sullivan, AuD

Stevana Sullivan, AuD, is a board certified audiologist at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She completed a doctorate of audiology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and her 4th-year residency at Texas Hearing Institute. Dr. Sullivan received advanced cochlear implant training through the Institute for Cochlear Implant Training (ICIT). Her primary interests include pediatric evaluations and amplification, electrophysiological testing, and cochlear implants across the lifespan. She has a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA).

Audrey Taylor

奥黛丽泰勒,澳大利亚,is a native Houstonian who completed her residency at UT Physicians. A board-certified audiologist, she received her BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University and her doctoral degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Taylor is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the Texas Academy of Audiology (TAA) and currently serves on the AAA New Professionals Committee and the TAA Membership Committee. Her primary interests include pediatric diagnostics and aural rehabilitation, cochlear implants, and advocating for individuals with hearing loss.

Audiology Technicians

Michelle Matthewsis a State Certified Audiology Technician who has been performing Newborn Hearing Screenings at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital since February of 2005. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and grandson Jackson. She’s lived most of her life in Pearland and graduated from Pearland High School. She enjoys the interactions with her coworkers and patients and knows she is making a difference in their lives. She feels that her professionalism and compassion are the things that make her excel in this profession.

Patrick McNeillis a Certified Audiology Technician and Newborn Hearing screener by the state of Texas and the Texas Early Hearing Detection and Intervention program. He has worked in the medical field for the last 12 years has been in the field of audiology for the past 8 years.

Brenda Lopezis a Certified Audiology Technician and Newborn Hearing screener by the state of Texas and the Texas Early Hearing Detection and Intervention program. She enjoys working with NICU and Well Babies at Memorial Hermann Hospital.
