Electronic Residency Application Service

Our recruitment begins with the opening of ERAS in September each year. All interested candidates must apply through theElectronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) to submit an application.

• Three letters of recommendation (at least one from PM&R Physician)
• Current CV
• Personal statement
• MSPE
• Medical school transcript
• USMLE/COMLEX transcript

Kindly Note: If there is a change of name from that on the above documents, submit a marriage certificate or legal name change documentation.

Interview Process

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021-2022 interview season will be virtual.Select candidates will be invited for a virtual interview using the Thalamus platform. Interviews will be held from November 2021 to January 2022.
