Jennifer Dugger, RN, MSN, CHSE, has always had a passion for education. She taught high school biology and chemistry before deciding to attend nursing school. After practicing medical-surgical nursing at the bedside, she returned to school once again to earn her masters in nursing education. Soon after graduation, she began working at Cizik School of Nursing as a simulation educator where she earned her Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) designation. She transitioned to the role of instructor in January 2022. Jennifer plans to return to school in Fall 2022 to pursue her PhD in nursing. Her educational interests include developing and facilitating high fidelity nursing simulations and teaching students at the bedside during their clinical rotations.
