Dr. Naveen Vanga Appointed Vice Chair for Education

The Department of Anesthesiology would like to announce that, following a national search, Dr. Naveen Vanga has been appointed as Vice Chair for Education. Dr. Vanga’s appointment will take effect on March 1, 2022. In this role, he will lead education efforts in the department and provide support for all training programs and serve as a resource to enhance our departments educational capabilities, synergies and integration with our hospital partners. He will also devote his effort to mentoring faculty in clinical and didactic education.

The search committee would like to congratulate Dr. Vanga and wish him success as he assumes this vital role for the department.
