Our lactation consultants are proud to offer appointments at no cost.
What to Expect
When you arrive at the Lactation Foundation, one of our friendly team members will greet you and then escort you to a private consultation room. You will discuss your concerns with one of our lactation consultants, and she will take a complete medical history for both you and your baby. Then, we will obtain your baby’s weight, and, in most cases, we will observe your baby feeding at the breast. After the consult, we will provide you with a personalized plan of care. At the end of your visit, we will address any questions you may still have. Finally, you will be able to schedule a follow up visit if one is needed.
What to Bring

- Pumped breast milk or formula (if using already)
- Your breast pump and pump parts, if available
We also offer one-on-oneprenatal consultations.
