黛比·麦克雷（Debbie McCrea）女士是急性和继续护理部门的讲师。她于1983年获得Uthealth护理学校的护理学学士学位。随后，她在1992年临床上竞争了护理科学硕士学位，并于1992年获得教育和行政管理的作用。Master’s Certificate in 1998 and then the Family Nurse Practitioner Post Master’s Certificate in 2013.

McCrea’s experience includes critical care nursing in the CV recovery room, medical/surgical ICU’s Neurological ICU and Transplant ICU. She also worked in PACU and day surgery recovery when in the ICU Float pool. She then began working in the emergency department at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital. Once she obtained her MSN, she was a Nurse Clinician and Prehospital Clinical Nurse Specialist for the Houston Fire Department. She was responsible for training, quality assurance and research in the prehospital setting for Basic Life Support Ambulances, Advanced Life Support Ambulances and the Emergency Dispatch Office. She also gain experience as a fixed wing flight nurse on international flights for many years for a private company. For several years she also was an Emergency Nurse Practitioner in the Houston area.

麦克雷博士的教学经验开始by teaching CPR while still in high school. She then taught as an adjunct faculty at San Jacinto College North in the nursing department. McCrea has spent 13 years as an adjunct and then full time faculty in the Department of Emergency Medical Services and occasionally assisted the Nursing Department. Her workload at HCC included teaching first-responder, EMT, EMT- Intermediate and Paramedic classes, leading the Paramedic classes in the classroom and clinical setting during her last few years.

McCrea was among “20 Outstanding Nurses of 2017” honored by the Texas Nurses Association (TNA) District 9 Foundation on Nov. 9, 2017. In 2018, she was elected Secretary of the Houston Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) Chapter.McCrea也是两项奖学金的获得者。弗兰克·科尔（Frank L.她目前正在休斯敦大学攻读博士学位。
