Ruppert appointed to endowed professorship, elected to CCNE office
(Feb. 26, 2018) – Susan Ruppert, Ph.D., R.N., FAANP, FAAN, interim Assistant Dean and Chair of the Department Acute and Continuing Care, has been appointed the PARTNERS Endowed Professor in Nursing at Cizik School of Nursing, made effective January 1, 2018.
She also was elected as Treasurer of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) Board of Commissioners. She will serve a one-year term (until 2019) and may be re-elected to the office for a second term. CCNE continues to be the foremost accrediting body for baccalaureate and graduate nursing programs and entry-to-practice nurse residency programs.
