The Specialized and Collaborative Research Agreements team facilitates the contracting process for investigator-initiated industry agreements including the negotiation of the contract and the review and acceptance of the terms for sponsored projects at UTHealth. The team provides specialized review for those contracts that typically have complex intellectual property terms related to the investigator-initiated element of the project.
